At the recently held Lakme Fashion Week X FDCI, Chola the Label presented the ‘Let’s Play’ collection was a vibrant celebration of individuality, offering a rich palette of colors and textures.

From timeless black and whites to dynamic shades like matcha, mustard, reds, blues, and oranges, each piece exudes a playful spirit. Handwoven tribal fabrics and ikats add depth, while denim patchwork injects youthful energy.

the Label has crafted each garment using locally sourced fabrics, prioritizing organic cotton and 100 percent linen. The collection boasts versatile silhouettes, from fluid drapes to structured jackets, inviting wearers to experiment and create unique looks. Frills and playful details add a touch of whimsy, complemented by the brand’s signature 1-minute sarees, offering a contemporary twist on tradition.

The theme of the show was tea party. Talking about her collaboration with Chola, Dr. Rupali Ambegaonkar, the Business Head, Tea Culture of the World said, “Our connection with Chola’s design represents the embodiment of modern femininity. Their style, which is casual yet elegant and sustainable, resonates deeply with our philosophy.
